*pops in* Hello. I'm going to post my National Treasure/Sylum Clan crossover *looks at [livejournal.com profile] seraphina_snape* Sylum is a HUGE crossover about Vampires. Very very good story go here http://www.geocities.com/solokid1/Sylumclan.html to check it out. Bj Jones.. *worships*

Sylum includes majorly the following, CSI: Vegas Pairing Nick/Warrick Also leaders of Sylum, NCIS Pairing Tony/Gibbs, Tony is the second in Command and CSI: Miami Pairing Speed/Horatio, Speed is the successor and advisor. Many fandoms invovled and now, I've been granted to put in our favor treasure protectors, Ben and Riley. If you have any questions about Sylum, ask me or go to the website up there. Now I present Chapter 1.

Title: National Secrets (1/?)
Author: Sarah
Rating: FRt
Disclaimer: I don’t own them. Don't own National Or Sylumverse, That belongs to Bj Jones. She just lets us play around with it.
Summary: Riley believes vampire exists - Ben doesn't. Papers found in the treasure send Riley on an adventure - Ben follows.
Pairing: National Treasure: Ben/Riley, Sylumverse: Nick/Warrick (CSI: Vegas), Tony/Gibbs (NCIS), Speed/Horatio (CSI: Miami)
Beta: I'd like to thank [livejournal.com profile] moonstorm and [livejournal.com profile] bjjones for being betas and just general plot bunny throwers.
Author’s Note: Sylum is a major crossover that started with just CSI, CSI: Miami; and NCIS – now there are just too many to count. This is AU, I have throughly ignored the ending of National Treasure, just as I have ignored the fact that Tim Speedle from CSI: Miami was killed at the begining of the season.
Warning: AU, AU, AU, AU... Got it? *looks around* ok. AU and Slash. All good? Don't like it, Don't read it. :)

Riley was amusing himself by looking through some of the papers the FBI had given them. All copies, of course. The originals were safely on their way to their home countries. They were written in ancient Egyptian, Gaelic, Hebrew, Latin, Italian, and a few others he didn’t recognize.

“Can either of you read these?” Riley asked.

“No, I don’t speak any of these languages. At least not the ancient forms,” Ben answered.

“I know a bit of Italian,” Abigail said. “There is something here about ‘immortal men’.”

“Like…vampires?” Riley asked.

Ben rolled his eyes and spoke as if placating a child. “Riley, vampires do not exist.”

“Then tell me why this drawing looks familiar?” Riley said. He held up a copy of the drawing. “Huh?”

“Because you watch too much TV?” Ben tried.

“This looks like that CSI who was kidnapped in Vegas a couple of months ago,” Riley stated.

Ben looked at the younger man. “And how do you know about that?”

“I read about it on the internet. Duh. That guy looks just like this…Nico Meridius.” Riley scrunched his face, trying and failing to pronounce the strange last name.

Abigail looked at Riley and then at the drawing he still held. “How bout we get these documents properly translated before jumping to any conclusions. I mean, that CSI could just be a descendant of this man. Besides, there is no telling what kind of information we can learn from these documents.”

“Like proving that vampires exist!” Riley exclaimed.

Ben sighed, “Get off that kick, Riley.”

Fine. I’m just saying it would be cool,” the young man pouted.

Tony’s plan for his day off involved watching Jethro work on his boat, maybe have some sex by said boat, and resting; not necessarily in that order. Just a nice day off after a long case that drained them both. That plan went out the window when his phone rang. After a lengthy, aggravated conversation, he slammed the phone down.

“I can’t believe they found it!” Tony declared.

Jethro, who had been watching his mate since the phone call began, asked, “What happened?”

“That was Peter Sandusky, a FBI chosen one we assigned to protect the treasure. Seems that someone has found it and it’s all going back to its home countries. They made copies of the documents and gave these people a percentage of the treasure. This is bad,” the vampire explained.

“What treasure? And why is it bad?”

“The Templar knights-freemason treasure. I’ll explain it all later. I’m worried about the documents that were copied. There is a lot of vampire history in those documents. Things about the Medjai. Ardeth and Daniel’s observations and early research. Nick’s life story and part of mine. If this gets into the wrong hands….”

“Calm down,” Gibbs interrupted.

“I’m trying to calm down. But, you have to understand what was in this treasure. Scrolls from the library of Alexandria, papyrus notes, some of my drawings….Jethro, if they make some connections between those drawings and any of us….,” Tony left the thought hanging.

Jethro put his hand-sander down and moved closer to his mate.

“I’m sure that everything will be fine. If a chosen one was there, he more than likely would have picked out the incriminating documents.”

“I hope so,” Tony growled. “Or I will be a very unhappy vampire for the next few year.”

Gibbs sighed, “Tony, call Nick if this has you that worried.”

“Oh, God! Nick is going to kill me. He didn’t want that information in with the treasure in the first place,” the older vampire cried.

“Call him, tell him what happened, and then relax, cause you’re starting to get on my last working nerve. You needed this day off more than I did. Now, get before I make you,” Gibbs growled.

Tony looked at his lover. “I’m not being that surly, am I?”

“Surly? No. Slightly annoying? Yes. I’ll be up soon. Now, go.”

“I’m going, I’m going.” Tony grabbed his cell phone and headed upstairs.

Jethro watched his mate go, shaking his head. “He really needs to let things go.”
