I just wanted to say hello to the new wave of National Treasure 'shippers. I was a member a few years ago and at some point I obviously fell out of this community, even though I continued to love the movie, especially Riley. With the new movie out I recalled my love for Ben and Riley, and signed back up here.

I've been reading the stories around here and I just want to say that I have been loving them all, even though I haven't been commenting on them. Everyone here is a great writer and brings something new to the fandom. I know I really appreciate the new perspectives.

I hope to have something of my own to contribute once I've seen the movie. I've been waiting to see it with my friends but at the rate we're going I might have to see it on my own. ^_^

Good evening all!

Goodness gracious, first post! Well, what to say... My name is Bee (isn't that a cute little nickname?) and feel free to address me as such. I'm a pretty big National Treasure fan, if I do say so myself. I'm hoping with this new movie and the revival of the Briley (yes, that's the official name) fever, we should have even more lovely stories and art to enjoy. I'm actually in the middle of writing a little story, myself; perhaps I should give you wonderful people a preview?

Since you're wonderful, and everything. I have about two pages (exactly, as of this post) and it's still kicking. Trust me, that's a good sign. Depending on how inspired I am and how busy work/school (I'm in my last semester of my senior year at high school) is, I should have this kitten done within the next week. A little encouragement from a fellow fan or five never hurt either. :]

New and heres a Fic/Drabble

Hi I Just Joined and thought Id say hi and bring a Fic as a gift. Im a little nervous about it, seeing as its my first NT fic. Hope it turns out ok. and the only person whos read it is me. So if you see any mistakes please let me know^^>.

Title: Cut scene of sorts
Rating: PG (Maybe to high, who knows.)
Pairing: Onesided Ben/Riley (on Rileys part btw) and Ben/Abigail.
Summery: Well I got to wondering why Shaw said what he said at the Peir about Thomas Eddison, and this was the result. So yeah have fun.( May add more to the summery when im less sleep deprived. and edit the story a bit...*shrugs* who knows.

First off, I'm new here, so... HI! :-D I had an idea, and I wanted to share it with everyone to see what you guys thought! I recently finished watching Indiana Jones for just about the 100th time, when I thought it would be a good idea to write a fic for NT based off it. What do you all think? Hi, I'm new to this community, even though I have a long standing love for National Treasure. I adore Riley Poole and am working on a slash story to add to this list. But hopefully someone can give me some assistance.

When Riley and Ben visit Abbey at her office Ben introduces himself as Paul Brown. Who does Riley introduce himself as? Is it Bob or Bill? I'd appreciate a response as soon as possible, just because I'd love to post my story here.

Hey guys, I'm new, I've been looking for Ben/Riley stuff so I'm glad I found this place. I'm not really a slash writer (sorry), I've never written fanfiction and I have this great fear that it'll turn into those crap pieces you see all the time. But I love reading the stuff, so I'll try not to lurk and respond.

Screen caps?

Hey everybody,

I'm new to the group. I am so glad one has been made, I have been scrambling to find Ben/Riley fic since I first saw the movie. *G* Anyways, the reason for my post is, Does anybody have and National Treasure screencaps from the dvd? I've done web search after web search and all I find is a recycling of the same damn 14 pics. ARRRGGHHHH! I want to make some icons, damn it! *G*. So anyways, anybody done any, or know where I can get some.

Hello everyone and welcome to

treasure_geeks!

This is the first Ben/Riley community on Livejournal! Yes. As you all read on the info page, there will be Ben & Riley fanfiction, fanart and discussions.

I've just finished writing the profile and deciding on a layout, and now I'm gonna advertise the comm in other NT communities. I hope that a couple of people join and we can start posting fics and other stuff really soon.
